Job Title: General Manager
Location: Hornell, NY
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM  (Some Saturday fill-in and floor care required)
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience and performance)

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct regular inspections at job sites to ensure cleaning quality, safety, and compliance with client standards in Bath, Elmira, Alfred, Angelica, Hornell, Angelica, and Dansville NY 

• Participate in partnering meetings with clients to build trust and ensure satisfaction

• Hire, train, and onboard new team members to uphold our standards from day one  in Bath, Elmira, Alfred, Angelica, Hornell, Angelica, and Dansville NY 

• Provide ongoing coaching and corrective actions, including terminations when necessary

• Step in and fill vacant shifts 

• Motivate and manage team members to perform at their best

• Ensure team members follow safety and company procedures

• Support coverage and emergency calls as needed  in Bath, Elmira, Alfred, Angelica, Hornell, Angelica, and Dansville NY

Who You Are:

• A proven leader with 2 years of supervisory or similar experience, ideally in janitorial, maintenance, or facility services

• Comfortable in the field, ready to jump in and lead by example

• A strong communicator who can build relationships with both clients and employees

• Skilled at conflict resolution, performance coaching, and team development

• Dependable and flexible with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Tech-savvy enough to complete digital inspections and communicate via mobile platforms
